Join the DCACDL and former assistant counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Marc Werlinsky, Esquire to learn how to effectively defend your client facing a civil operating privilege suspension or enhanced criminal penalties for allegedly refusing a request for chemical testing after being arrested for DUI.
